RATES, deposits & cancellations

Click on the "reserve now" button on our "CABIN" or "RV SITES" to see current rates, cabin pictures, and availability. For stays of a month or longer, please call our office to see if a discount is available.

A deposit is required to guarantee your reservation.  Deposits can be paid online, when making your reservation, or by mailing a check.

$150 deposit required for 2-night stays.

​$500 deposit on all 3-bedroom cabins (7-night stay)

$300 deposit on all 1- and 2-bedroom cabins (7-night stay).

Deposits are due within 15 days of reservation for current year. If booking for following year, deposits are due by January 1st to hold your reservation.

We have a 60-day cancellation policy for cabin rentals.  Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to your reservation date will have deposits returned, less our $50 service charge. Cancellations received less than 60 days prior will not be refunded.
